Not a failed download, not again, how annoying!!!
We are so sorry if this has occurred for you, we endeavor at all times to give you as seamless an experience as possible on our website/s as it usually doesn't pay to annoy our end-user.
All we can suggest is, and this may go for most files downloaded off the internet with any website:
- First, if it is a zip file, try using 7Zip instead of WinZip, it is the developers choice, stable and free. Find it at: http://www.7-zip.org/
- That you try a different browser like Firefox or Opera as opposed to Internet Explorer, or via-a-vis and try again.
- Failing that, try to access the file download from another computer on a different network, so if you are accessing the download via the AOL network, try one that isn't using that particular network.
- If you are behind a proxy server, that may be the problem too so again try another computer.
- Do a Microsoft and re-start your computer, especially if you haven't for a while (a friend of mine keeps his laptop running indefinately weeks at a time).
- In the end, if all that fails, send us an email and we will be extremely happy to email you the file itself without cost, whether or not you are downloading one of our non-commercial products or a commercial product that you have paid for and the download failed after the fact.
